Your cable is likely bad, and causing the phone to not charge at Quick Charge 3.0 speed, but rather 5V/1A as a "safe" fallback mode. My phone just recently updated, my version is:

Is there anything I can do to stop the constant beeping? I either can't charge my moto mod or I can't get a full night sleep.
If I long press and hold the error I get the System UI notifications, but I am a little hesitant to uncheck the "Allow notification dot" because I don't really know what that will do. It looks like once the phone is fully charged and it starts charging the moto power pack that the z2 force is also being charged but slowly. Late at night I was woken up to my phone beeping at me every minute or so, telling me the phone was slow charging. I still have the original charger that came with the phone. It arrived and I plugged it in for the night to charge. I had a hard time finding a new one for a reasonable price so instead I bought a moto power pack from Motorola. However, as time went on I got less and less battery out of it until I basically had none. When I first got the phone, I got the Turbopower Pack mod and it worked really well. I've had my z2 Force for over a year now and really like it. I posted this in /r/AndroidQuestions but didn't really get any replies.
